91³Ô¹ÏÍøBlum is a newly renovated residence in the 11th arrondissement partially opening in Fall 2024 – it has been designed to offer students a co-living experience, with shared apartments composed of a mix of single and double rooms. With two 91³Ô¹ÏÍøResident Advisors on-site to support students’ residential experience, students will enjoy a rich sense of community and comfort at the residence, both with their immediate roommates and housemates and with their 91³Ô¹ÏÍøpeers in the hall. Residents will also have access to a communal area in the residence to connect with the 91³Ô¹ÏÍøBlum community and enjoy programming organized by their RAs.
Co-living apartments have bedrooms, living rooms, bathrooms, and fully-equipped kitchens. The co-living options available to students assigned to 91³Ô¹ÏÍøBlum include primarily 6-person apartments (two singles and two doubles), in addition to a very limited number of 4-person (four singles) and 2-person (one double or two singles) apartments. ÌýStudents will be able to indicate their preferences for a co-living space when submitting the roommate survey, however, please note that we cannot make any guarantees about specific assignments, nor are we able to fulfill full group requests, as we have to balance personal preferences, roommate requests, and housemate fit in our unit assignments. We recommend 91³Ô¹ÏÍøBlum to students who are looking for a co-living experience in a comfortable environment, and who want to connect with neighbors and explore 91³Ô¹ÏÍøand Paris with their new peers.Ìý
The residence will be partially opening in Fall 2024 for a group of 30 residents, and fully opening in Spring 2025Ìýfor a total of 48 residents housed in the hall. As such, some minimal work will be completed through the Fall semester in unavailable apartments – it will not involve, however, any heavy machinery that would cause noise disturbances to students.

The 91³Ô¹ÏÍøBlum Residence offers a great opportunity for shared living as well as community-building within a new 91³Ô¹ÏÍøhub in the 11th arrondissement, a vibrant and lively neighborhood popular with both students in the city and young professionals. Much like our other AUP-only residences, it is the perfectÌýsetting for first-year students to begin their college career on exactly the rightÌýnote. It also allows students to take full ownership of their space, much like they will once they move into a Parisian apartment during the rest of their 91³Ô¹ÏÍøexperience.
